  • Turned around and facilitated the scaling of a A$7m revenues business to a A$50m business and made it private equity ready for investment
  • Led or advised on successful debt raisings for a number of infrastructure related businesses including A$14bn for acquisition of the NSW distribution business Ausgrid
  • Established the initial New York / US office for a (now very large) funds management operation
  • Asset management roles for numerous investee businesses focused on driving efficiencies, profitability and valuation growth
  • Introduced forecast and cashflow visibility into an organisation which identified future pinch points and enabled remedial measures to be pro-actively taken
