Lynn is an accomplished executive leader and Fractional CFO Sudbury with extensive experience in healthcare, Indigenous governance, and financial management across multiple sectors with 17 consecutive balanced budgets for a two-site hospital. A former CEO and CFO, she also brings a strong background in consulting, where her strategic insight and hands-on leadership have helped organizations strengthen financial performance, enhance governance, and achieve sustainable growth. Recognized for making complex financial data understandable, she supports Boards and leadership teams in sound decision-making and fosters collaboration that builds trust, accountability, and results.
A bilingual (English and French) CPA, CA, Lynn also holds a post-graduate degree in Business Administration, which deepened her ability to link financial strategy with organizational behavior, change management, and long-term value creation. This broader perspective enables her to quickly understand the unique challenges of each client’s business and to develop practical, evidence-based solutions that help them reach their goals with clarity, purpose, and impact.
