  • Led the development and growth of a modern ERP software solution for the asset management sector as Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Orion Software, while developing and executing the company’s long-term exit strategy from 2008 to 2026
  • Developed and led the execution of a strategic exit plan as CFO of Canac, a Canadian national subsidiary generating approximately $125M in annual revenue
  • Directed the financial consolidation of a major European acquisition, integrating global operations across 55 legal entities while based at Bombardier Transportation’s head office in Germany, supporting a business with approximately $6B in operations
  • Played a key leadership role in structuring the first $1B IT outsourcing agreement between CGI and Bell Canada, a landmark transaction within the telecommunications and technology sectors
  • Led the Finance Head Office division through Bell Canada’s transformation from a monopoly to a competitive organization, supporting a major strategic transformation within a business generating approximately $7B in revenue
