  • Designed and implemented European supply chain structure including ERP implementation for £ 200m revenue spin off to enable sales growth to over £ 1bn after 5 years.
  • Restructuring of European Finance function after control process breakdown to enable business to be sold.
  • Establish shared service centre function for various support deparments resulting in over £ 5m to 10m cost savings.
  • Implemented effective and efficient financial reporting for senior management to ensure short and long term growth targets are being met and action plans to be set to achieve those targets.
