Gregory Seabolt CPA, CGMA, is an accomplished chief financial officer, operations executive, and strategic business adviser with more than four decades of experience in public accounting, private industry, entrepreneurship, and community leadership.

Greg began his career in public accounting, advancing from senior accountant to partner in a regional CPA firm. He managed audit, tax, financial reporting, valuation, acquisition, and consulting engagements for businesses and organizations across numerous industries.

As Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Basic Holdings, Inc., Greg directed accounting, treasury, taxation, financial reporting, and strategic planning for more than twenty-five affiliated companies. He helped develop the financial and operating structures that supported a 500 percent increase in combined revenues in less than ten years. He also played a key role in acquisitions, new business launches, publishing expansion, wholesale development, and retail growth.

Since 2017, Greg has provided contract CFO services to entrepreneurial and middle-market companies. His work includes budgeting, forecasting, financing, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, operational improvement, and exit planning.

Greg is known for combining financial discipline with practical business judgment. His leadership style emphasizes integrity, accountability, collaboration, and informed decision-making. He is a Franklin University graduate, an Ohio CPA, and an experienced professional and community leader.
