- CA(SA) or CIMA qualified, with at least 10 years’ experience as CFO/Finance Director
- Commercial and strategic expertise with a track record of excellence
- Entrepreneurial drive, confidence, and gravitas
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
- Passion for working directly with business owners and making a measurable difference
- Self‑starter mindset, able to thrive in a self‑employed model while supported by our framework
