Regional Director – Lead, Inspire, Transform

As Regional Director, you will lead from the front, combining entrepreneurial drive with strategic leadership to build a thriving region. This role suits a self‑starter, builder with determination, commercial acumen, and the ability to inspire others.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Coaching: Lead, guide and inspire a team of CFOs and FMs, ensuring they deliver exceptional financial leadership to our clients.
  • Business Strategy & Growth: Build and grow a high‑potential region, driving strategic objectives and contributing to the company’s overall expansion.
  • Sales & Network Building: Develop strong local networks, foster partnerships and strategic alliances, and convert prospects into long‑term clients. Exceptional sales and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Founder & CEO, Rowan De Klerk, and the global leadership team to align regional goals with international strategy.
  • Client‑Centric Approach: Act as advisor and sounding board, adding significant value to clients’ businesses and lives.

Ideal candidate attributes:

  • CA(SA) or CIMA qualified, with 10+ years’ CFO / COO / CEO experience
  • Proven track record in business development and sales
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship‑building skills
  • Entrepreneurial drive, gravitas, and resilience
  • Experience in SME and corporate sectors
  • Must love forming and nurturing relationships

Compensation: Performance‑based, with commission tied to revenue and client success.
